Villa in the Sicilian Countryside

The Villa is located in a typical Sicilian countryside and is within a large fenced area full of olive trees that come up in contact with the house. 

The Villa includes

• A fully stocked kitchen, 
• Bathroom with shower, 
• Single bedroom, 
• Double bedroom; 
• One large room with its own entrance that can be used as a large bedroom, or living room. 
• Outdoor area with fruit trees, shade, out door eating, barbecue, wood oven, and full shower. 
• The villa has a covered parking. 
• Pets are welcome. 
  

LOCATION
The villa is situated in the center of the coast of the Gulf of Castellammare, and it is close to all the most beautiful natural areas. It is 3 km from the long sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, a half hour from Zingaro natural reserve and from Scopello. In half an hour you can get a free source of a natural sulfur thermal water, and a wellness thermal center.

Some excursions in the area include:

• Guided excursions on donkeys along rural paths to reach the medieval castle of Calatubo. 
• In 10 minutes you arrive to a Carrefour supermarket, to a big bar and to the entrance of the motorway. 
• In less than an hour to get to Palermo, Trapani (cheap Ryanair flights from all over Europe) and Mazara del Vallo. 
• In 15 minutes you reach Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo Balestrate.  
• In the area there are numerous ongoing activities such as caving and scuba diving course. One can also rent small boats.
